Presentation and acceptance of terms

Through these GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT it is intended to regulate access and use, and in general the relationship between the Portal (hereinafter WEBSITE) available from the following Internet address: www.altosdelmarques.com and users of the website (USERS hereinafter).

CORRAL CUADRADO SL informs that the procedures to execute acquisition of goods and / or obtain the benefit of the services offered are those described in these general terms and conditions and those specific to be put on display for navigation, so that the user acknowledges and accepts these procedures as necessary to access the products and services offered in the Portal.

THE PURCHASING PROCESS

Prices, taxation and customs tariff

The applicable prices are those listed on the Web at the time the user makes his/her request.

TAXES FOR THE PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS

The prices of the products listed on www.altosdelmarques.com include the Value Added Tax (VAT) according to the article, as well as transportation and insurance expenses related to the entire peninsula.

For orders from/to the BALEARIC ISLANDS is necessary to contact the winery to be informed of the related expenses.

EUROPEAN UNION

Purchases made by consumers residing in the EU are exempt from VAT, provided they confirm their status as entrepreneurs in the EU through the corresponding Registry of intra- Community operators. Otherwise, it will affect the applicable VAT.

For orders in the European Union it is necessary to contact the winery and to be informed of the related expenses.

TAX FOR NON-MEMBER STATES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA, ANDORRA.

Purchases made by individuals or entities residing in states not members of the European Union, the Canary Islands or Ceuta and Melilla are exempted from VAT.

For international orders served within and outside the European Union, as well as all requests addressed to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra all costs, fees and taxes associated with the purchase (taxes, import tariffs) paid by the receiver of the goods in accordance with statutory provisions.

Please note that the prices quoted for shipping do not include taxes (tariffs) on imports, to be paid in cash by the recipient of the goods in accordance with statutory provisions.

For customs purposes the declared value of these items will be taken as reflected in the whole amount of the invoice in Euros.

The amount of taxes in cash will be paid upon receipt of shipment.

For orders of NON-MEMBER STATES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, ANDORRA, it is necessary to contact the winery to be informed of the corresponding expenses.

Delivery

The package will be delivered at the address specified by the user.

In the case of not being present, the logistics operator will leave a note for the user to indicate the most convenient time to have it delivered.

Orders will not be processed or delivered to PO Boxes.

CORRAL CUADRADO SL usually sends the orders via courier or post (depending on destination, weight, volume, etc), ensuring delivery in a week to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands from the authorization of payment by the store, never exceeding 30 days, provided there is product in stock. In the event that there was not product in stock, this period will be guaranteed once there is product in our possession.

In the event that CORRAL CUADRADO SL could not find the requested product, for example for being discontinued, we will contact YOU and offer you a similar product or refund the amount you have paid.

Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays shall be deemed received the next first working day following.

In case the shipping address is not found, do not worry, the messenger will leave a delivery note, indicating the phone number you must call, to contact the courier company so you can pick up your purchase.

Shipping

All products include the shipping fees in the price for the Peninsula.

Payment

Transfer or paying in to an account

The payment or transfer will be held in the account will appear to you on screen, assuming you choose this payment method.

Cash on delivery payment

Fee of 5% + VAT will be charged. This commission is charged by a company external to CORRAL CUADRADO SL, the company in charge of shipment delivery.

Credit card payment

We accept payments with all types of cards. The operation is carried out through a secure server of CAJA NAVARRA, the entity that guarantees the confidentiality of data provided by the user through encryption, preventing its disclosure to third parties outside the legal relationship. Exchages and refunds

Returns and exchanges are permitted within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

The transport costs for the completion of the exchange or refund shall be borne by the USER.

If during the seven days of receipt of the order the user wishes to return the product, our Customer Service Department will take the necessary steps to process the return under the following conditions:

The user will have seven days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract without penalty or expense, except those incurred in sending and returning the product.
No refunds are allowed in products which have been unsealed from the packaging in which they were sent. It is compulsory to return the product in perfect condition and with original packaging.

If the product is not available, CORRAL CUADRADO SL will contact you to offer you a similar product, otherwise we will proceed to refund the amount that the user has paid, including shipping, according to the payment method used in the purchase.

APPLICATION FORM FOR RETURN OF GOODS

For the items to be returned, it is necessary that the user previously completes the Merchandise Return Application, which will be provided upon receipt of your order. Cancellations

Cancellations will be accepted for orders that have not been sent to the address provided by the user. If the goods have been sent it will be considered a return (see section called Returns).

Warranty

The guarantee applies provided the product is used under normal operating conditions determined by the manufacturer. CORRAL CUADRADO SL is not obliged to compensate the user or others for the consequences of misuse of the product, whether direct or indirect damages, accidents to persons, damage to property unrelated the product, loss of profit or gain, damages arising of deterioration.

The products are ceased of warranty for the following reasons:

CORRAL CUADRADO SL only accepts the return of goods if:

In the period set by law for that purpose, the USER can exercise his/her right to withdrawal or desistance. Under the provisions of the Act for retail trade as well as regulated by the Community legislation (Directive 97/7/EC), CORRAL CUADRADO SL. allows for a period of 7 days for this right, calculated from the time of receipt of the order. To correct any erroneous delivery it is an essential condition that any impact on the goods received or its packaging are stated in the remarks section of the carrier's delivery document, and that it is also informed to CORRAL CUADRADO within a maximum of 24 hours.
