Tasting Notes

Elaborated with grapes selected from our own vineyards to obtain a new concept of high quality red wine. Very intense, dark cherry in colour, clean and clear. Of great aromaticcomplexity, it includes exotic aromas (vanilla, chocolate and coconut) together with spicy and medium toast aromas. These aromas come together in perfect balance, without losing the fruit-bearing bottom of Tempranillo. On the palate, it is well constituted, being robust and vigorous, with a note of freshness and vivacity that complements the noble tannin of the casks and a notable fruit-bearing load to perfection. The aftertaste, conjures up the flavour of high roast coffee.

Vines trained on wires and bush vines. A de-leafing is made at the beginning of the summer and a green harvesting in August so as to ensure que quality of our wines.


BY HAND, using 10 kg. crates.
Oak ageing: 
12 months ( 8 in barrels of French oak and 4 in barrels of American oak)
Type of oak: 
French oak (70%) and american oak (30%) with medium toast.
Alcohol content: 
14 %vol.
Total acidity: 
5,1 g/l.
Remaining sugar: 
1 g/l

21 days with egg whites.
Alcoholic fermentation: 

15 days in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 25º and 28º Celsius.

Malolactic fermentation: 

23 days in stainless steel tanks after the alcoholic fermentation.
